I see a lot of variation in the images on this website.  What services do you actually offer?

I like to do anything creative.  This can range from light painting, portraits, graphic design, events, real estate photos, or items and food!  

Do you do weddings and engagement shoots?

Yes. However, these are not my specialty. Even though I enjoy these, my rates for these services are roughly 1/3 of current Seattle rates.

I like a picture in your gallery.  Can I buy a print or a wall hanging?

I would be honored.  It can be with or without the Yellow Shoes watermark.  An online store is coming, but for now, shoot me an email and we can work out the details.  Sorry, but pics of models and children are not up for sale.

I see some album covers in your gallery.  Do you do album covers?

Yes.  At this time I have a very large catalog of pictures to choose from.  (Not pictured online)  You can buy the rights to any one you like and I can add fonts, graphics, etc. OR I can just sell you the pic and you can do what you want with it.

What are your rates for a session or a photo?

It varies by situation.  Please see rates here.  Contact me and we can work something out!

Do you do family or graduation photos?

I'd love to.  I would especially like doing quirky, creative, unique family or graduation photos.

Do you do events?

Yes, please.  I am most interested in events such as: performance arts, sports, tattoo conventions, Comic Cons, and...you get the idea.

Do you do graphic design?

Yes.  Please see examples on my client page for graphic design capabilities.

What exactly is light painting?

A creative way of shooting photos by which the lens is opened for periods of time and various lights and methods are used to enhance or create unique colors, shapes, and images.

Can you light paint me, my family, my product, or my band?

Yes, please.  It is a lot of hard work, but the results can be amazing.  This is my true passion in photography. 

Can you take photos in the style that I want?

If examples are given, I will always attempt to achieve what you want.  However, I do have a style and that style is evident in my work.

Why are you called Yellow Shoes Photo?

Because I am obsessed with yellow sneakers.  I wear a pair to every shoot.
